Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MarketAtlas handles information when you use marketatlas.app and the MarketAtlas Android app.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile photo, membership and account records; business listings and directory activity; posts, likes, connections and private messages; profile and listing content you submit to MarketAtlas Love, Forex, Export or other categories; funding enquiry information; support communications; and technical usage, diagnostic and analytics information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate memberships and requested features, show content you choose to publish, deliver messages and enquiries, secure and improve the service, measure product usage, respond to support requests, comply with law, and prevent misuse. MarketAtlas does not make private messages public.

Service providers and disclosures

MarketAtlas uses Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Hosting and Analytics. Information may also be shared with a provider when you deliberately submit an enquiry, follow an external link, share content, or use a payment or other third-party feature. Those providers handle information under their own terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit available account and profile fields, control what you publish, sign out, and request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Public content may remain visible until removed. Legal, fraud-prevention or backup requirements can limit or delay deletion.

Children

MarketAtlas is not directed to children under 18, and features intended for introductions or dating must not be used by anyone under 18.

International processing and changes

Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We may update this policy as MarketAtlas changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
